Wergeles Brings Over 25 Years of Experience and a Specialty in
Managing the Legal Affairs for Growing Technology Companies to His New
Role

Leaf Group Ltd. (NYSE: LFGR), a diversified consumer internet company
comprised of several marketplace and media properties, announced today
that Adam Wergeles has joined its leadership team as Executive Vice
President and General Counsel.

Most recently, Wergeles served as Executive Vice President, Business and
Legal Affairs, and General Counsel for Serviz, Inc., a technology

Previously, he spent seven years as the Chief Legal Officer at
ReachLocal, where he was instrumental in ReachLocal’s IPO and its rapid
domestic and international expansion.
He holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern
California Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Hamilton College.
